Ming Zhao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Wollongong in Australia and a Diploma in Law from Legal Profession Admission Board in the State of New South Wales. He is a practicing solicitor at the Supreme Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. His registered migration agent reference in Australia is 0105755.

Annette is an experienced lawyer assisting clients in the resolution of commercial and civil disputes. Her experience extends to assisting clients in other common law countries.

Annette is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Frank is a senior counsel at of Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates and a partner of Beijing Weiheng (Shanghai) Law Firm. Frank has over 14 years of professional experience in legal professional and particularly specialises providing foreign-related legal services. His main areas of practice include corporate business, cross-border acquisition transactions, overseas investment, compliance management and investigation, foreign-related labor and personnel, foreign-related commercial litigation and arbitration.

Frank has a bachelor degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, a master degree in international economic law from the University of Manchester in UK, and a diploma in law from Legal Profession Admission Board in the State of New South Wales, Australia. Frank was awarded with qualifications as a lawyer in 2005 in China, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009 in Australia.

Frank had been working as a senior solicitor at internationally-renowned law firms such as King & Wood Law Firm and Boone Kaiwu Law Firm, specializing in providing clients with professional foreign-related legal services. Frank's clients include a number of multinational companies, listed companies, China's well-known state-owned enterprises, commercial banks and ultra-high-net-worth clients. With his years of practical experience in multinational corporations and international law firms, Frank was admitted to be one of the ‘Shanghai Foreign-Related Lawyers Talent Pools’which was announced by Shanghai Judicial Bureau in 2018.

Mia graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Juris Doctor. She joined the firm as a law clerk since 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021.
Mia is engaged in family law matters as well as commercial and corporate matters. She also handles conveyancing matters in States of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. She is proficient in Mandarin and English.

Graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Juris Doctor degree, Dickson mainly conduct civil litigations, property settlement/leasing and other transaction matters. He Is proficient in Mandarin and English, and had experience advocating in legal settings. His interests expand across Company, Contract and Commercial Law. He advises on company financing and various loan arrangements. His practice also concerns Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, representing creditors, liquidators or bankruptcy trustees in recovery and administrative procedures.

Eloise is a solicitor at Sunfield Chambers Solicitor & Associates. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the University of New South Wales in 2021 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in the same year. She currently is a member of NSW law society.
Eloise was equipped with solidly theoretical foundation and exposed to various practical experience to strengthen her professional capabilities in property, business and corporate matters. She currently focuses on Australian property law and handling conveyancing matters. She continues to build upon professional legal skills and experience to ensure smooth real property transactions and maximise favourable outcomes for clients.
Eloise is proficient in English and Mandarin.

Linda graduated from Western Sydney University with a double bachelor degree in Business and Law. As part of her degree, Linda has spent time studying at Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus in South Korea. After completing her qualifications, she was admitted at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022. Linda is proficient in Cantonese and English. She is also able to understand Mandarin Chinese.

Linda joined Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates in March 2020 as a law clerk and has since assisted our legal team with a range of litigation matters in Australian intermediate and superior courts. She has established solid foundations in litigation from assisting in matters from the initial investigation stage to briefing and liaising with barristers and also assisting our solicitors at court appearances.

Brandon graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Juris Doctor degree. He joined the team at Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associate in 2022 and was admitted as a solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in the same year.

Brandon main area of practice includes civil litigation, commercial & corporation Law , property leasing, mediation & dispute resolution, employment / fair work disputes, legal costs assessment, and debt recovery matters.

He is dedicated, and he strives to achieve the most favorable outcome for the clients.

David is qualified to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court, and the High Court. During his time studying law at University, David helped in the Western Sydney University Justice Clinic, where he worked to provide services to students and the community.

Through his work, David acquired extensive experience dealing with complicated legal matters in criminal and immigration law. He has assisted in matters across different courts & tribunals in New South Wales, including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court of NSW, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

David’s main practice areas are criminal defence and immigration law. He assists client in defending criminal proceedings and assist with visa and/or citizenship applications. David is always dedicated irrespective of the complexity of the matters, and he is always diligent and practical. He follows a careful process for each case, starting by building a good relationship with his clients and understanding all the details of the legal issues before coming up with a practical and effective solution.

Yan joined Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates in 2017 as a professional accountant and administrator. She holds a bachelor degree in business (accounting) and a master degree in business (finance) from University of Wollongong.

She is mainly responsible for managing the accounting system for the firm. Her main areas of practice include management of company accounts payable and receivable, monthly trust account reconciliation, analysis of income statemen and evaluation of the firm's business operation performances.

Yan is a NAATI-certified professional translation (English to Chinese). Therefore, she also assists in translating legal documents. At the same time, she is responsible for the firm's administrations.
