Yan joined Sunfield Chambers in April 2017 and started to work at the position of accountant and administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) and Master of Business (Finance) from University of Wollongong.

She takes care of Sunfield Chamber’s accounting system and general enquiry. Her main responsible areas cover the process of firm’s account payables and account receivables; attending to monthly trust account reconciliation; analysing firm’s performance by presenting P&L statement.

She acquired NATTI certificate in early years and then attended to mainly translating and interpreting matters for the firm. She also takes general administrative responsibilities for the firm.

Sally assists clients mainly in New South Wales and interstate off-the-plan conveyancing matters in large residential and commercial developments through managing correspondence among stakeholders, preparing settlement figures, attending settlements and lodgements at Land Registry Services and managing files after settlements. She also assists solicitors in translating legal documents for litigation matters.

Lillian joined Sunfield Chambers Solicitors as a Paralegal in February 2017 and has been part of the Conveyancing team responsible for matters relating to off-the-plan transactions, purchase and sale of second hand properties, lease and loan agreements.
