Abraham Sun is the Principal of Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates. Abraham more than 20 years of legal professional service experience, whose main areas of practice are company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity, asset acquisition, finance, investment management, company operation and commercial litigation.
As the Principal Solicitor, Abraham has been working with numerous clients including listed companies, state-owned enterprises, ultra-high-net-worth clients, and investment banks. Amy is an experienced licensed conveyancer with years of experience in conveyancing matters. She has outstanding work experience and achievements in conveyancing services under property law and conveyancing law provisions. She is skilled in working with clients in Mandarin and English.
Amy specializes in the following areas of property law:
- Acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties.
- Providing legal advice to owners and developers on property transactions.
- Providing consulting and agency services to developers, including drafting development contracts, management agreements, community management rules, and sub-contracted property rules on property rights structures.

Ming Zhao

Ming Zhao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Wollongong in Australia and a Diploma in Law from Legal Profession Admission Board in the State of New South Wales. He is a practicing solicitor at the Supreme Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. His registered migration agent reference in Australia is 0105755.
Ming is proficient in migration law and has over 18 years of experience in migration applications. He specializes in business investment migration, employer nomination migration, employer nomination immigrantion in regional areas, working visa, partner migration, parent migration, child migration, AAT administrative review appeal applications and judicial appeal applications (including applications at the Federal Circuit Court, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court).
Mr. Zhao also has the expertise in criminal law matters.

Annette is an experienced lawyer assisting clients in the resolution of commercial and civil disputes. Her experience extends to assisting clients in other common law countries.

- Mikkelsen v Li [2022] VSCA 126, representing the successful respondent.
- Xiong & Yoo [2019] FCCA 1650 (4 July 2019), representing the husband as a solicitor advocate and successfully resisted the mother’s application to travel with their child to a non-Hague Convention country.
- Suzhou Haishun Investment Management Co Ltd v Zhao & Ors [2019] VSC 110, successfully obtained summary judgment from the Supreme Court of Victoria to recognise a Chinese judgment in a contested application (a first-time in a defended application in Australia).
- Suzhou Haishun Investment Management Co Ltd v Zhao (No 2) [2018] VSC 176, successfully obtained freezing order pending final outcome of a claim seeking recognition of 3 judgments from the People’s Court of China.

Frank is a senior counsel at of Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates and a partner of Beijing Weiheng (Shanghai) Law Firm. Frank has over 14 years of professional experience in legal professional and particularly specialises providing foreign-related legal services. His main areas of practice include corporate business, cross-border acquisition transactions, overseas investment, compliance management and investigation, foreign-related labor and personnel, foreign-related commercial litigation and arbitration.
Frank has a bachelor degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, a master degree in international economic law from the University of Manchester in UK, and a diploma in law from Legal Profession Admission Board in the State of New South Wales, Australia. Frank was awarded with qualifications as a lawyer in 2005 in China, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009 in Australia.
Frank had been working as a senior solicitor at internationally-renowned law firms such as King & Wood Law Firm and Boone Kaiwu Law Firm, specializing in providing clients with professional foreign-related legal services. Si Zhang

Si is a senior solicitor at of Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates. She graduated from the University of New South Wales and holds double bachelor's degrees in law and business (finance). She is proficient in Mandarin and English. She specializes in legal provisions in all areas of business, corporate and property matters, in terms of acquisitions/sales, property, corporate, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, as well as off-the-plan properties, commercial development, foreign investment, joint ventures, providing professional and pertinent advice to clients within these areas. Her professional advice has assisted clients successfully in litigations matters at the Supreme Court and the Federal Court. At the same time, she is experienced in supervising the legal team and working on various trade matters.
Si is also experienced on conveyancing matter in the States of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. She can draft contracts for developers to sell off-the-plan property projects and provide professional management and legal advice. At the same time, she also has a solid understanding of migration laws and regulations, and effectively provides professional advice for all kinds of clients on various complex migration matters. Eloise is a solicitor at Sunfield Chambers Solicitor & Associates. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the University of New South Wales in 2021 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in the same year. She currently is a member of NSW law society.
Eloise was equipped with solidly theoretical foundation and exposed to various practical experience to strengthen her professional capabilities in property, business and corporate matters. She currently focuses on Australian property law and handling conveyancing matters. She continues to build upon professional legal skills and experience to ensure smooth real property transactions and maximise favourable outcomes for clients.

Linda graduated from Western Sydney University with a double bachelor degree in Business and Law. As part of her degree, Linda has spent time studying at Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus in South Korea. After completing her qualifications, she was admitted at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022. Linda is proficient in Cantonese and English. She is also able to understand Mandarin Chinese.
Linda joined Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates in March 2020 as a law clerk and has since assisted our legal team with a range of litigation matters in Australian intermediate and superior courts. She has established solid foundations in litigation from assisting in matters from the initial investigation stage to briefing and liaising with barristers and also assisting our solicitors at court appearances.

David Ho

David is qualified to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court, and the High Court. During his time studying law at University, David helped in the Western Sydney University Justice Clinic, where he worked to provide services to students and the community.
Through his work, David acquired extensive experience dealing with complicated legal matters in criminal and immigration law. He has assisted in matters across different courts & tribunals in New South Wales, including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court of NSW, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
David’s main practice areas are criminal defence and immigration law. He assists client in defending criminal proceedings and assist with visa and/or citizenship applications. David is always dedicated irrespective of the complexity of the matters, and he is always diligent and practical. He follows a careful process for each case, starting by building a good relationship with his clients and understanding all the details of the legal issues before coming up with a practical and effective solution.
