Hailey Liu

Hailey holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She also holds a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in China.

 

Since joining Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates, Hailey has practised mainly in family law, civil litigation, and wills and estates.

 

Hailey assists clients with both property and parenting matters arising from the breakdown of marriages and de facto relationships. She is committed to achieving practical outcomes through negotiation and mediation where possible. She also has experience in litigation and in preparing consent orders and agreements in relation to financial and parenting matters, i.e. binding financial agreements, maintenance agreements and parenting plan agreements, etc.

 

Hailey assists clients with wills and estates, as well as a range of civil law matters. She also has experience in criminal law.

 

Hailey is fluent in English and Mandarin.
