Dickson Luo

Dickson graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Juris Doctor degree. As a member of the commercial litigation team at Sunfield Chambers, Dickson mainly conducts dispute resolutions and commercial litigation in areas across insolvency, corporations, employment, real property and consumer law. He is proficient in English and Chinese Mandarin, and have extensive experience acting for clients who have limited or no English skills in complex disputes and litigation matters.

Dickson acts for directors and/or shareholders in intra-company disputes as amongst officeholders and shareholders, acts for high-net-worth individuals whose investments were lost by reason of others, and also has experience assisting liquidators and creditors conduct debt-recovery investigations and public examinations of relevant debtors.

Dickson has briefed and worked with a variety of excellent counsel and senior counsel with different specialties within the commercial litigation space in Federal Court, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of Victoria. He maintains good working relationships with these Counsel.
