Hailey Liu

Hailey graduated from the University of Sydney with a Juris Doctor degree and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She also holds a Legal Profession Qualification Certificate in China. 

Through her practice, Hailey has gained broad experience across family law, criminal law, property, wills and estates, and bankruptcy. She has assisted in complex parenting, property and criminal matters, and has appeared for clients in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. 

Hailey now focuses her practice on family law, property, wills and estates, and bankruptcy. She is known for her calm and meticulous approach, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to manage matters with both sensitivity and efficiency. 

Hailey is fluent in English and Mandarin, and works closely with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure they are heard, supported and well-represented throughout their legal matters.
