Judgments Act<\/em>\u00a0<em>1991\u00a0<\/em>(Cth)\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ea\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u627f\u8ba4\u5e76\u6267\u884c\u8be5\u5224\u51b3\u3002\u8be5\u6848\u662f\u6c11\u4e8b\u7ea0\u7eb7\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u4e00\u5927\u7b14\u8d37\u6b3e\u6e05\u507f\u95ee\u9898\uff08\u6570\u76ee\u786e\u5b9a\uff09\u3002\u88ab\u544a\u6709\u591a\u540d\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u7b2c\u4e8c\u88ab\u544aM\u592b\u5987\uff0c\u5e94\u507f\u8fd8L\u5148\u751f\u5927\u7ea6\u56db\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u88ab\u544a\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e3aM\u592b\u5987\u7684\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u3002M\u592b\u5987\u7f3a\u5e2d\u5224\u51b3\u5e76\u62d2\u7edd\u6e05\u507f\uff0c\u88ab\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u5b9a\u4e3a\u201c\u8001\u8d56\u201d\u3002\u5f53\u65f6M\u592b\u5987\u51c6\u5907\u5b9a\u5c45\u6fb3\u6d32\uff0cL\u5148\u751f\u9042\u5e0c\u671b\u6fb3\u6d32\u6cd5\u9662\u627f\u8ba4\u5e76\u6267\u884c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5224\u51b3\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5f20\u601d\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u4e0d\u61c8\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u7ef4\u5dde\u6cd5\u9662\u6700\u7ec8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8be5\u5224\u51b3\u7b26\u5408\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u627f\u8ba4\u5e76\u6267\u884c\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u5224\u51b3\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u89c41991\u300b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4e0b\u7684\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u5224\u51b3\u89c4\u5b9a1992\u300b<em>Foreign Judgement Regulations 1992<\/em>\u53ef\u9002\u7528\u7684\u6cd5\u57df\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u53ea\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u83b7\u5f97\u8ba4\u53ef\u4ee5\u53ca\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u8981\u6ee1\u8db3\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u7279\u522b\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5224\u51b3\u4f9d\u636e\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6267\u884c\u7684\u6761\u4ef6<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul
