further stay<\/u><u>\u201d<\/u>\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u9650\u5236\uff0cR\u5148\u751f\u65e0\u6cd5\u5728\u6fb3\u671f\u95f4\u7533\u8bf7\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f88\u5feb\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u4e5f\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u5426\u5b9a\u7ed9\u4e88\u8c41\u514d\u201c\u4e0d\u5f97\u505c\u7559\u201d\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u90a3\u4e2a\u65f6\u5019\u4ed6\u7684\u59bb\u5b50\u5df2\u7ecf\u6000\u5b557\u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p>R\u5148\u751f\u5411\u8054\u90a6\u5de1\u56de\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u65e0\u5948\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7b49\u5230\u7684\u662f\u5de1\u56de\u6cd5\u9662\u7ef4\u6301\u539f\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u80fd\u591f\u7ee7\u7eed\u7559\u5728\u59bb\u513f\u8eab\u8fb9\u7167\u987e\uff0c\u4ed6\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0a\u8bc9\u8981\u6c42\u8fdb\u884c\u4e8c\u5ba1\u3002<br \/>\n\u6700\u7ec8\u4e8c\u5ba1\u6cd5\u5b98\u57fa\u4e8e\u5bf9\u7533\u8bf7\u4ebaR\u5148\u751f\u59bb\u5b50\u7684<u>\u4e2a\u4eba\u8eab\u4f53\u72b6\u51b5\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u72b6\u51b5<\/u>\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\u966a\u4f34\u59bb\u5b50\u8fce\u63a5\u65b0\u751f\u547d\u5230\u6765\u662f\u51fa\u4e8e\u4eba\u7684\u5929\u6027\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u51b3\u5b9a\u5c06\u6b64\u7533\u8bf7\u53d1\u56de\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u91cd\u65b0\u5ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The Court Below erred in finding that the respondent considered the following matters put forward by the appellant in support of his application for waiver of the condition in Migration Regulation [sic], Schedule 8 of 8503:<\/p>\n<p>(i)The appellant&#8217;s spouse&#8217;s&#8230;need for emotional support in view of an abusive past marriage.<br \/>\n\u2026\u2026<br \/>\n(iii)[The wife&#8217;s] need to have the appellant with her to care for their as yet unborn child in circumstances where [the wife] was seven months pregnant at the time of the applicantion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A decision-maker may be
